• Orders are accepted via our website only.
  
• Prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
  
• We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
  
• Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.
  

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently deliver within New Zealand.
  
• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
  
• Shipping is complimentary on a minimum of $75.00 spend.
  
• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.
  

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
  
• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue.
  
• We will, at our discretion, arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.
  
• Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
